I am not sure, what you mean with the bat file, but if I remember correct, there was a batch file floating through the web, that converts ALL NeoGeo Roms from a mame romset to fba, I think this is what you mean. So when you download a rom like Metal Slug for instance and you click on neo.emu and click load game, find zip file in download folder click it.
